Is my data secure?

Yes. All conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data. You can delete your conversation history at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What's included in the Free plan?

The Free plan includes access to ThinqPal on web and macOS, text generation, content creation, image analysis, and web search. Usage limits apply to ensure fair access for everyone.

How do I upgrade to Pro or Max?

Go to your account settings and select "Upgrade plan". You can choose monthly billing and upgrade or downgrade at any time.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your Pro or Max features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
