By accessing or using ThinqPal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ThinqPal is an AI-powered assistant that helps users with writing, research, brainstorming, planning, and general knowledge tasks. The Service is available via web and macOS applications.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ThinqPal to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract AI model weights
- Circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Generate spam, malware, or engage in any fraudulent activity
5. AI-Generated Content
ThinqPal generates responses using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it for important decisions.
You retain ownership of content you create using ThinqPal. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs.
6. Subscription and Billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Intellectual Property
The ThinqPal name, logo, software, and associated materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThinqPal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
